It has been six years Casey Jones’ last studio CD, “The Messenger” which won Array Grammy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. There were many famous songs of Casey Jones available. When you buy a Casey Jones album, you know exactly what you’re getting! 1 Out of 3 Had A Std and Coke Bongs and Sing-A-Longs is really good.
Although I prefer the faster paced music, I think Coke Bongs and Sing-A-Longs is my favorite song on The Messenger. No Donnie, These Men Are Straight Edge is nothing but pure genius. Lessons is the more seemingly obscure song on The Messenger that bear up best to repeated listening. Awesome song is really all that you can say about it. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. In The Sober Casey Jones is at his best. Medic is a bit of a show-tune. I find myself hearing bits of Bite the Dust here and there throughout my waking hours. Within the first few notes of Times Up it’s perfectly clear that Casey Jones is living this song. Voice and instruments in Punch-A-Size complement each other. Shitstorm - Okay, I just talked about depth.
