When you buy a Shivaree album, you know exactly what you’re getting! There is so much to love about Shivaree, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. ‘Who’s Got Trouble’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. If I may, I suggest “New Casablanca”. That one song is amazing!
I Close My Eyes as a highlight of Who’s Got Trouble contains a ton of excellent melodies. This song may be the most meaningful. Shivaree is hitting on all cylinders in Lost In A Dream. I find myself hearing bits of Little Black Mess here and there throughout my waking hours. Mexican Boyfriend is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite. The song feels complete. Shivaree has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. Baby Girls is a very catchy tune. It Got All Black is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. I Will Go Quietly - a classic song.
