After debuting at No. 1 last week, Waterloo’s album Out Of The Woods falls to No. 2 with 423,000, a sales slide of 56%. I am not a real Alternative music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Out Of The Woods’ really is amazing. Self-described as Alternative with lots of words, Waterloo comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. If you want to hear real Alternative, get this record now!
This is probably my favorite song on the album. Chain of Lakes is maybe the best thing the group’s ever done. Music in Beauty Queens is perfect as in all tracks of Out Of The Woods. Only one song from Out Of The Woods named Green Grass really got me. The Other Side of The Sun is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about. Some Kind of Holiday is the first taste of the new album. Light In The Doorway is a song that takes you on the journey before it reaches the conclusion. Through The Lens is one of the coolest songs Waterloo has ever recorded. In Kneeling At The Shrines the music gets its power. Out In The Lawn is a striking and quite long song. This track is just a stunning masterpiece. When The World Ends is one of the more up-tempo songs on Out Of The Woods.
