Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Claudio Baglioni on ‘Annabel Lee’. This album has some very good songs like Annabel Lee and La Suggestione. This -song debut EP shows the promise that Claudio Baglioni has. Claudio Baglioni is one of my favourite bands of all time.
It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: La Suggestione, which shows, blatantly, how much Claudio Baglioni has evolved as a singer. It took me a little time but I ended up loving Ci Fosse Lei. Signora Lia is a very catchy tune. Notte Di Natale is flawed, nonetheless pretty good song. In Con Tutto L’amore Che Posso you won’t find any flashy solos. When I listen to Porta Portese in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. Such hits like Questo Piccolo Grande Amore will leave you hooked. Quanto Ti Voglio without a doubt is the standout song of Tutti Qui: Collezione (CD 1) - 1967-1976. W L’inghilterra pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. Amore Bello is perfect. This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor. E Tu is simple, dignified and effective, Claudio Baglioni refusing to over-emote, and demonstrating that less is more. Claudio Baglioni sings his heart out in Poster. This is one of those tracks that should not be judged after the first hearing. Once Quante Volte gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. Simple and heartfelt closing track Solo closes Tutti Qui: Collezione (CD 1) - 1967-1976 on a high note.
