This is one of the best Cd’s Trentemoller has dropped to date. The Last Resort (CD1) carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. Since Trentemoller last CD (The Last Resort (CD1)) on Sparrow Records back in 2006, I have felt a massive void in my life. The Last Resort (CD1) touched my soul like nothing else.
Vamp is a gorgeous, simple song by Trentemoller at the top of his game. Evil Dub - I just love it. Always Something Better is the most memorable and cool. While The Cold Winter Waiting - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. I find myself hearing bits of Nightwalker here and there throughout my waking hours. This track is a fabulous selection of easy listening, suitable for any age, taste or occasion. Trentemoller sings The Very Last Resort in such a comforting, confident voice that you can’t help but be moved. Snowflake is a romantic if not formulaic ditty. Trentemoller is hitting on all cylinders in Chameleon. The opening track Into The Trees (Serenetti Part is very much like you would expect from other albums. Moan is really the reason why I recommend buying The Last Resort (CD1). Miss You is a song to enjoy for years to come.
