It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Vast energies, virtually a rebirth. This is one of the best Cd’s Vast has dropped to date. When you buy a Vast album, you know exactly what you’re getting! Exciting stuff.
Thrown Away gets you up and jumping. Don’t Take Your Love Away is such a exquisite and optimistic song that things can get just better. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. I can’t stop playing Lost. Winter In My Heart one is one of the better boring ones. I Need To Say Goodbye is probably one of Vast’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. Simple and heartfelt closing track Japanese Fantasy closes Nude on a high note. Ecstacy is a exquisite song and it grows on you. I hope to keep hearing Vast works for a long time to come. I Can’t Say No (To You) is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. This song is like perfectly aged vintage bordeaux wine not a tequila shot.
