There is so much to love about Ektomorf, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. This disc has all of the essential Ektomorf classics. Show Your Fist pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. Instinct is astounding. I hope to keep hearing Ektomorf works for a long time to come. You have to get essence of the The Holy Noise’s power, to truly understand this masterpiece. I find myself hearing bits of Fuck You All here and there throughout my waking hours. Music in United Nations is gorgeous as in all tracks of Instinct. This track is nearly perfect if not perfect. I Break You to me is the best you can get from Ektomorf. You Get What You Give is pretty funky and mellow. Until The End is a great opener for Instinct. |titile| is the kind of record that makes you remember why music can be so addictive.
