There is so much to love about Rocio Durcal, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Rocio Durcal was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Rocio Durcal and Rocio Durcal CD2 together. This is the first studio album from Rocio Durcal since bad diagnosis in 2005. Rocio Durcal CD2 is not something you should pass up.
vestida de blanco stands out to me for its audacious melody and sheer beauty. I listened to the opening track contigo aprendi and liked it a lot. el destino is one of these floating songs. se me olvido otra vez is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. poquito olvido, mucho corazon - For me, this is the best of the album. You have to get essence of the no lastimes mas’s power, to truly understand this masterpiece. fue tan poco tu carino make listening to Rocio Durcal like being in some sort of time warp. costumbres had me crying as I was able to relate so well. Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with dama, dama. amor eterno is probably the highlight of the album. It took me a little time but I ended up loving la media vuelta. Once you hear jamas te dejare, you will listen to it over and over. This song is dynamic and dramatic. After few listenings I started to like te amo more and more. cuando yo quiera has de volver presents the gorgeous mix of instruments on Rocio Durcal CD2. volver a verte (3:19) a good melody. como tu mujer is absolutely incredible. la gata bajo la lluvia is flawed, nonetheless pretty good song. caramelito is amazing song though, very addictive.
