Since Bif Naked last CD (Superbeautifulmonster) on Virgin Records back in 2005, I have felt a massive void in my life. This disc has all of the essential Bif Naked classics. Self-described as Alternative with lots of words, Bif Naked comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. I greatly enjoyed this CD.
The World Is Over is the most memorable and cool. Within the first few notes of The Question Song it’s perfectly clear that Bif Naked is living this song. Thats Life have really caught my ear and imagination. Bif Naked sings Nothing Else Matters in such a comforting, confident voice that you can’t help but be moved. No Bif Naked song has come close to capturing my attention as Let Down did. Bif Naked sings his heart out in I Want. First time I heard Ladybug Waltz was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing.Once you hear Henry, you will listen to it over and over. Funeral Of A Good Grrl is Bif Naked’s best work in years. I came to like Everyday. The beautiful sound of this track makes you want to close your eyes and sway away with the music. It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song.
