Pistolita had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Pistolita on ‘Age’. Pistolita’s debut, ‘Oliver Under The Moon’, does not fit easily into one genre. Age and Big Shot is really good.
Big Shot is really a nice song to relax and listen too. China Dolls is Pistolita’s best work in years. Cupid is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about. I have all of Pistolita’s tracks and Fadawhite is probably the most his introspective effort. From the sound of it, I believe the song can be a big radio hit. Metronome - arguably the best track on Oliver Under The Moon album. One listen to the sheer beauty of Oliver Under The Moon was all I needed. The opening track Panic is very much like you would expect from other albums. Papercut is filled with very deep emotions that will truly touch your heart. Pity Refrain marked the continuation of Pistolita in style evolution. You have to get essence of the Voicebox’s power, to truly understand this masterpiece.
