This is the kind of song I think of when I think of Department Of Eagles. Noam Chomsky Spring Break 2002 is a song to savor, to listen to from every angle. Vocals of Department Of Eagles in Piano In The Bathtub really capture me and are set perfectly to the rhythm. Romo Goth is nothing short of a modern masterpiece. Origin Of Love is the album’s biggest hit, I think. I love the melodic melody of Family Romance and to this day it makes me feel good. Forty Dollar Rug is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. We Have To Respect Each Other is flawed, nonetheless pretty good song. A unique and uplifting song. Horse You Ride is kind of track that compels you to skip back and drink it in one more time before moving on through The Cold Nose. Ghost In Summer Clothes - I just love it. Gravity’s Greatest Victory/Rex Snorted Coke is the song that really did it for me.
