Amon Tobin had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. On the Malta charts, superstar Amon Tobin’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Amon Tobin energies, virtually a rebirth. Chaos Theory (Splinter Cell) is preety good and all the songs have a good meaning behind them.
Ruthless hits the heart. Voice and instruments in Theme from Battery complement each other. Kokubo Sosho Stealth is the perfect blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. I can’t stop playing El Cargo. Displaced is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite. From the sound of it, I believe the song can be a big radio hit. Overall a nice softer song. The song Hokkaido ending is my favorite… so catchy! The Clean Up is simple, dignified and effective, Amon Tobin refusing to over-emote, and demonstrating that less is more.
