It’s natural for Mortal Love to take a stab at ‘Existence’ considering her long-professed love for Orkrist. This thirteen-song debut EP shows the promise that Mortal Love has. This is the first studio album from Mortal Love since bad diagnosis in 2005. This is my first Mortal Love Album and i must say i am blown away.
When listening to Serenity, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. Vocal harmonies in this track are great and song structure is just right. I hope to keep hearing Mortal Love works for a long time to come. This track is just a stunning masterpiece. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on I Have Lost. Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with Reality. The beautiful sound of this track makes you want to close your eyes and sway away with the music. This song is dynamic and dramatic. Hope is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. Mortal Love allows each song to breathe and flourish. Everything to me is the best you can get from Mortal Love.
