This is one of the best Cd’s Patrick Cassidy has dropped to date. On Immortal Memory album, Patrick Cassidy have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. There were many famous songs of Patrick Cassidy available. I greatly enjoyed this CD.
Maranatha (Come Lord) is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day. It’s also one of those rare songs that touchingly comfort the listener. Best song on the album, love it. Sailing To Byzantium is a catchy, up-tempo track that has influence of music streams without leaning too much in that direction. I like Abwoon (Our Father) because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. From the moment you listen to Immortal Memory you’re hooked. After you’ve listened to Paradise Lost, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. I Asked For Love is a great opener for Immortal Memory. Psallit In Aure Dei - I like this one.
