I am not a real Ambient music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Bleu’ really is amazing. On the Iceland charts, superstar Ornament’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. Jim Jones has compared writing for Ornament’s new album to that on ‘Bleu’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. Bleu is not something you should pass up.
Music and lyrics of Hypernicus creates, for me, fertile ground for daydreaming. The Jesse Tree is a strong cut, one of many. A great put together song. To Love Is To Laugh (Overture) is simply cool. Ornament must have run out of lyrics on the next track To Love Is To Laugh. Yehuvaroom (Overture) one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. Yehuvaroom actually sounds so joyous, that you can practically see a smile on Ornament’s face. The song feels complete.
