This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by L5. It has been twelve years L5′ last studio CD, “Le Live” which won Array Grammy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. L5 was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from L5 and Le Live together. I greatly enjoyed this CD.
Toutes Les Femmes de Ta Vie sets the tone for the entire album. Etincelle had me crying as I was able to relate so well. L5 rocks harder than ever with Show Must Go On. Question de Survie presents the marvelous mix of instruments on Le Live. This is the kind of song I think of when I think of L5. Beautiful is the album’s biggest hit, I think. Song Quand on Arrive en Ville is actually a funny song. New York, New York - To me, this is the best song on the Le Live. The beautiful sound of this track makes you want to close your eyes and sway away with the music. Within the first few notes of Indifference it’s perfectly clear that L5 is living this song. Voice and instruments in Beat It complement each other. Reste Encore is another favourite of mine. I can’t stop playing Rythm Is Love. Laisse Tourner le Monde is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. Aime is a cool sing-along. In Toujours La full palet of sound is used by L5 to accentuate the presentation. L5 has astounded me with this amazing track.
