Lead single “Cepochka” and “Del’fin i rusalka” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. After debuting at No. 1 last week, Igor Nikolaev’s album Million krasivyh zhenshin_1 falls to No. 2 with 500,000, a sales slide of 83%. It’s natural for Igor Nikolaev to take a stab at ‘Cepochka’ considering her long-professed love for Paul Oakenfold. Million krasivyh zhenshin_1 touched my soul like nothing else.
One of the more genuine-sounding songs is Del’fin i rusalka. Dve zvezdy is the song that really did it for me. Imperatrica presents the amazing mix of instruments on Million krasivyh zhenshin_1. Liubit’ ee tak, kak ia is a bit different from Igor Nikolaev stereotypical stuff. Malinovoe vino make listening to Igor Nikolaev like being in some sort of time warp. Million krasivyh zhenshin makes a person feel excellent. Nemnogo zhal’ is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about. This is one of those tracks that should not be judged after the first hearing. Romans (3:31) - awsome. Staryy znakomyy is a striking and quite long song. Overall a nice softer song.
