It’s natural for Stray Cats to take a stab at ‘intro’ considering her long-professed love for Universal Soul. There is so much to love about Stray Cats, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Rumble in Brixton (CD1) carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. Rumble in Brixton (CD1) is preety good and all the songs have a good meaning behind them.
Listening to Rumble in Brighton you can hear that Stray Cats has still amazing chemistry with band members. This is probably my favorite song on the album. It took me a little time but I ended up loving Something’s wrong with my radio. Ubangi Stomp is a perfect sing-along. Vocal harmonies in this track are great and song structure is just right. Gene & Eddie is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. Too hip Gotta go can be hardly overrated by any means; this is what Stray Cats is all about. Still going through Rumble in Brixton (CD1) and coming to appreciate Sleepwalk more and more with every listen. I won’t Stand in you Way - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites. A unique and uplifting song. Blast off is probably one of Stray Cats’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to.
