Last Hot Album by Project Pat
I loved I Ain’t Going Back To Jail the first time I heard it. Purple featuring Beanie Sigel - A nice song. In Raised In The Projects Project Pat spins a tale you want to hear to the end. It’s also one of those rare songs that touchingly comfort the listener. Cocaine is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. Tell Tell Tell (Stop Snitchin’) (Ft. Mr. Bigg, Lyfe Jennings, Young Jeezy) - Okay, I just talked about depth. What Money Do - another great track from the Crook By Da Book (The Fed Story) album. I listened to the opening track I Keep That and liked it a lot. If you are a Project Pat fan, you will love Crack A Head. You Like makes a person feel astounding. High Off The Ground great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is Get Down. After you’ve listened to Cause I’m A Playa, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. Lyrics of Good Googly Moogly (Ft. Three 6 Mafia) are precise and evocative. How It Goes In The Gutta is probably one of Project Pat’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. Get That Up Off Ya as well as many of songs is a short story in miniature. |titile| is quite refreshing and sets the tone for what is going on in Crook By Da Book (The Fed Story). Outro is probably the highlight of the album.
