IF YOU LIKE ALL Ryuichi Sakamoto’S SONG GO FOR IT! It has been eight years Ryuichi Sakamoto’ last studio CD, “Chasm” which won Array Emmy� Awards and was nominated for album of the year. For older fans Chasm will put a massive smile accross your face. To me Ryuichi Sakamoto is the best band ever.
Coro actually sounds so joyous, that you can practically see a smile on Ryuichi Sakamoto’s face. War & Peace (5:31) - Oh, this is one of my favorites! CHASM is the excellent blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. World Citizen - I Want Be Di.. is the more seemingly obscure song on Chasm that bear up best to repeated listening. Only Love Can Conquer Hate - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem. The opening track Ngo - Bitmix is very much like you would expect from other albums. Break With - I just love it. I hope to keep hearing Ryuichi Sakamoto works for a long time to come. The Land Song - Music For Ar.. marked the continuation of Ryuichi Sakamoto in style evolution. Still going through Chasm and coming to appreciate 20 msec more and more with every listen. The song Lemento ending is my favorite… so catchy! I was truly moved when I heard World Citizen - Re-cycled. It’s such an underrated song.
