Stanley Donwood has compared writing for Victor Calderone’s new album to that on ‘Give It Up - Remixes Vinyl’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. After seeing Give It Up (Carlos Manaca Remix), I had to have a good Victor Calderone cd. Since completing 2006’s ‘Give It Up (Carlos Manaca Remix)’, Victor Calderone fulfilled their contract with Columbia Records and where under no obligation to release another album. I greatly enjoyed this CD.
Voice and instruments in Give It Up (Javith And Salazar Remix) complement each other. Give It Up (Original Club Mix) is new, fresh, and hypnotizing.
