This album has some very good songs like Top Gun and Vanilla Sky. There is so much to love about Bury Your Dead, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Now signed to Bury Your Dead’s Blue Note Records, the title track from second album “Alive” leads Bury Your Dead’s back-to-school campaign. IT makes me wanna dance!
Vanilla Sky is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. Mission Impossible gives taste of what makes Bury Your Dead special as a musician. Outsiders is just simply stunning. Sunday’s Best - For me, this is the best of the album. Legend is a strong cut, one of many. In The Color Of Money you won’t find any flashy solos. 33 RPM is a astounding, simple song by Bury Your Dead at the top of his game. Listening to Eyes Wide Shut you can hear that Bury Your Dead has still amazing chemistry with band members. Camo Is My Favorite Color is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. Magnolia is amazing work of Bury Your Dead. Losin’ It is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit.
