There is no doubt that Animosity has talent. Bun B. Hear has compared writing for Animosity’s new album to that on ‘Empires’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. Empires isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. This album is awesome.
Best song on the album, love it. Holy Shackles defines beauty, yet is as unforgiving as an astringent stone. Excellent vocals and musical performances. The Black Page is the astounding blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. Life Advocate - arguably the best track on Empires album. Music in Manhunt is amazing as in all tracks of Empires. Plutocracy is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. After about the third Shut It Down listen through, I began to believe this song is Animosity’s essence.
