This thirteen-song debut EP shows the promise that Scott Walker has. I am not a real Rock music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Scott’ really is amazing. Scott Walker “Scott” is an amazing album.
In Montague Terrace (In Blue) the music gets its power. I listened to the opening track Angelica and liked it a lot. It’s such an underrated song. When Joanna Loved Me - Well, here we get a bit more meaning. My Death is Scott Walker’s best work in years. The Big Hurt is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. Such A Small Love is a fine track on any terms. Some call You’re Gonna Hear From Me from Scott as a quiet invitation of an artist to sit and listen. Through A Long And Sleepless Night is really the reason why I recommend buying Scott. Always Coming Back To You is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day. Amsterdam - I just love it.
