When you buy a Kingspade album, you know exactly what you’re getting! Kingspade’s debut, ‘Kingspade’, does not fit easily into one genre. There is so much to love about Kingspade, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. I greatly enjoyed this CD.
This That Beat defines beauty, yet is as unforgiving as an astringent stone. Who’s Down one of the best in my collection. Smokin’ Doja great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool.I like the agression and power of Drunk In The Club. Keep Risin’ is the albums biggest surprise. I find myself hearing bits of Tat Shop Talk here and there throughout my waking hours. This track is just fantastic from start to finish. Kingspade couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track Life. Kingspade is hitting on all cylinders in So Cal Weather. Spaded Jaded & Faded is probably the most interesting track on Kingspade. This track is almost perfect, instrumentals and vocals combine awesomely. Outside of the singles, my favorite song on Kingspade is So Loaded. Such hits like It’s Alright will leave you hooked. Lemon Vs. Crack is really the reason why I recommend buying Kingspade. This track is just a stunning masterpiece.
