PCD isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. Since completing 2005’s ‘Don’t Cha (feat. Busta Rhymes)’, The Pussycat Dolls fulfilled their contract with SixSteps records and where under no obligation to release another album. While no new The Pussycat Dolls album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 2005 tour in North America. Such great and happy songs.
This track is a great song that still never gets old. Wait A Minute (feat. Timbaland) pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. Stickwitu is a romantic if not formulaic ditty. Buttons is a song to enjoy for years to come. It took me a little time but I ended up loving I Don’t Need A Man. In Hot Stuff (I Want You Back) it becomes nowhere more obvious that The Pussycat Dolls has yet to define own style. I think How Many Times, How Many Lies is the best song The Pussycat Dolls has ever done. Bite The Dust is a song that takes you on the journey before it reaches the conclusion. Right Now - This one is lively and fun. Tainted Love / Where Did Our Love Go is the albums biggest surprise. Feelin’ Good is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after PCD have ended.
