I am not a real Trance: Psychedelic music type of person, but i have to admit ‘La Serpenta Canta (CD 1)’ really is amazing. There is so much to love about Diamanda Galas, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. John Digester has compared writing for Diamanda Galas’s new album to that on ‘La Serpenta Canta (CD 1)’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. Another great offering from Diamanda Galas.
Ain’t No Grave Can Hold My Body Down I just LOVE this mix! Burning Hell is the cool blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. Baby’s Insane make listening to Diamanda Galas like being in some sort of time warp. I’m So Lonesome I Could Cry - A classic Diamanda Galas track. Lonely Woman (6:41) Not one of my favorites, but for a lot of people this is one of their best songs. This song has very few things relative to that of it’s predecessor.
