After debuting at No. 1 last week, Animal Jazz’s album Kak Ludi falls to No. 2 with 695,000, a sales slide of 73%. While no new Animal Jazz album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 2004 tour in Europe. It has been six years Animal Jazz’ last studio CD, “Kak Ludi” which won Array Academy Awards� and was nominated for album of the year. Animal Jazz is one of my favourite bands of all time.
Bluz is the first taste of the new album. 10000 Sigaret Nazad - A catchy, upbeat tune. Kak Ludi is pretty funky and mellow. Angel is a perfect song and it grows on you. I hope to keep hearing Animal Jazz works for a long time to come. Polietelen is worth the money. Blew our minds when we first heard Shivoi. Excellent vocals and musical performances. Chernimbelim have really caught my ear and imagination. This is one of those songs that musicians strive to write and create. Opening track Pozdno shows the best of Animal Jazz. This song has very few things relative to that of it’s predecessor. Neonovii Covboi Feat. Shnurov is astounding.
