There is so much to love about Agnes, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Agnes energies, virtually a rebirth. Stronger carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. This album is a scorcher!
Top Of The World is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. Opening track Somewhere Down The Road shows the best of Agnes. I Had A Feelin’ is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. Kick Back Relax great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool.Champion is a bit of a show-tune. Love Is All Around is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. After few listenings I started to like What Do I Do With All This Lov more and more. Still going through Stronger and coming to appreciate My Boy more and more with every listen. Baby I Want You Gone is the albums biggest surprise. Everybody Knows hits the heart.
