Mike Jones’s debut, ‘King of the Streets’, does not fit easily into one genre. This album has some very good songs like Intro and Victory. There were many famous songs of Mike Jones available. Such great and happy songs.
Victory is another strong production from Mike Jones. Chamillionaire Interview is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. Ho Move is such a gorgeous and optimistic song that things can get just better. 99 Problems is maybe the best thing the group’s ever done. |titile| is a sure sign of something most of us are experiencing, maturity. Album opener My Name Is is a bright, upbeat ditty. Do It Big is the albums biggest surprise. There is gorgeous mix of music in Hood Hop. This track is almost perfect, instrumentals and vocals combine awesomely. I have all of Mike Jones’s tracks and In Yo Cadillac is probably the most his introspective effort. Round & Round is one of these floating songs. This song is dynamic and dramatic. Lyrics of Down South are precise and evocative. Quick 2 Back Down is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. Musically Neva Eva is superior to other tracks in King of the Streets. Who Dat - arguably the best track on King of the Streets album. Got Damn is a astounding song and it grows on you. Although I prefer the faster paced music, I think Paid In Full is my favorite song on King of the Streets. So much energy, so exciting a sound.Awesome song is really all that you can say about it. I can’t stop humming along Headsprung. It’s a great pleasure to listen to Whatever I Want from the beginning to the end. Children Story gives good insight into the truths. This song has very few things relative to that of it’s predecessor. Voice and instruments in About 2 Go Down complement each other. In Old School you won’t find any flashy solos. I hope to keep hearing Mike Jones works for a long time to come. U Don’t Know My Name is a strong cut, one of many. When listening to My Name Is, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. In 99 Problems Mike Jones spins a tale you want to hear to the end. Just 2 Get By still maintains something of a specific flourish. I like Freestyle because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. Advantage Jones - A classic Mike Jones track. Medley: Mega Mix (5:36) - awsome.
