I am not a real New Age music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Secret Of The Wind’ really is amazing. Prem Joshua was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Prem Joshua and Secret Of The Wind together. Prem Joshua’s debut, ‘Secret Of The Wind’, does not fit easily into one genre. I love this album so much, i’ve been crazy about Prem Joshua ever.
Prem Joshua offers the kind of music here that makes you reflect on yourself. Lyrics of Shepherd Solitude are precise and evocative. East Wind still maintains something of a specific flourish. I like to sing along with Bol, though I mess up the lyrics sometimes. Although Monsoon Journey is very melodic it is far from sad. From the moment you listen to Friends you’re hooked. The Kites is a strong cut, one of many. It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. Purvi is a pleasing, and full of overall coherence that goes beyond other creations. From Across The Water - another great track from the Secret Of The Wind album.
