Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Michel Sardou on ‘On Est Plante’. To me Michel Sardou is the best band ever.
I came to like L’Evangile (Selon Robert). Michel Sardou has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. Ce Qui S’Offre I just LOVE this mix! Le Coeur Migrateur is such a amazing and optimistic song that things can get just better. Music in L’Oiseau-Tonnerre is exquisite as in all tracks of Hors format. After few listenings I started to like 40 Ans more and more. Michel Sardou breathes new life into the music in Le Chant Des Hommes. Un Motel A Keeseeme - another great track from the Hors format album. This song stands out greatly from the others. Vocals of Michel Sardou in Je Ne Sais Plus Rien really capture me and are set perfectly to the rhythm. After you’ve listened to Cette Chanson N’En Est Pas Une, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is Concorde. I can’t stop playing Beethoven. Allons Danser is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. The first time I listened to Je Ne Suis Plus Un Homme Presse I was struck by its astounding sound. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. Sature as a highlight of Hors format contains a ton of gorgeous melodies. A unique and uplifting song. Les Jours Avec Et Les Jours Sans is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after Hors format have ended. La Derniere Danse is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite. Je Ne Suis Pas Ce Que Je Suis is a fine track on any terms. This is the kind of song I think of when I think of Michel Sardou.
