I am not a real Indie music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Twelve Small Steps, One Giant Disappointment’ really is amazing. This album has some very good songs like Good Morning Night and Ghostwrite. On Twelve Small Steps, One Giant Disappointment album, Bad Astronaut have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. Twelve Small Steps, One Giant Disappointment is preety good and all the songs have a good meaning behind them.
Ghostwrite marked the continuation of Bad Astronaut in style evolution. Beat - Okay, I just talked about depth. Stillwater, California - Check out that bassline! One Giant Disappointment is a fine track on any terms. I like Minus because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. Best Western (3:57) - Oh, this is one of my favorites! San Francisco Serenade is new, fresh, and hypnotizing. Bad Astronaut sings his heart out in Autocare. Violet - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. Get Twelve Small Steps, One Giant Disappointment and turn on Go Humans if you are going to sip your wine late at night. The “F” Word (8:03) a good melody. The sound of The Thirteenth Step is difficult to describe, as it seems to squirm in a sensual manner, unlike anything ever created.
