This thirteen-song debut EP shows the promise that Bob Mould has. After debuting at No. 1 last week, Bob Mould’s album Body of Song falls to No. 2 with 605,000, a sales slide of 53%. While no new Bob Mould album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 2005 tour in Europe. Lots of variety between tracks. My favorite is (Shine Your) Light Love Hope
(Shine Your) Light Love Hope is possibly the most mysterious and inexplicable track Bob Mould ever produced. This song is very powerful, its catchy melody will have you singing along in no time. Bob Mould is hitting on all cylinders in I Am Vision, I Am Sound. I like Underneath Days because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. I love the melodic melody of Always Tomorrow and to this day it makes me feel good. Simple and heartfelt closing track Days Of Rain closes Body of Song on a high note. Best Thing hits the heart. The song High Fidelity ending is my favorite… so catchy! |titile| is the kind of record that makes you remember why music can be so addictive. Gauze Of Friendship motivates you to get up and do something to improve your life and the life of others. Beating Heart The Prize is outstanding work of Bob Mould.
