Drifting Shadow is one of the more up-tempo songs on The Mad Moon Rising. Garden Of Fallne Kings - I like this one. Opening track Machine Mind shows the best of Manitou. This is probably my favorite song on the album. Wish I Could Sleep as well as many of songs is a short story in miniature. Manitou allows each song to breathe and flourish. Manitou sings his heart out in Ancestral Territories. Race Of Malice is a song to savor, to listen to from every angle. Laughing In The Hiding Bush (Bonus Track) has a fun tempo. When I listen to Brothers Promise (Bonus Track) in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. Manitou has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving.
