All of songs on Long Box 3 CD : Thank You Ferre and have something to say letting alone La Vie D’artiste. I’ve found myself listening to Paname back to back and back many times. Les Poetes - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. Jolie Mome - Check out that bassline! Merde A Vauban one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. La Maffia - My least favorite song on this album. Listening to Comme A Ostende you can hear that Leo Ferre has still amazing chemistry with band members. Les Quat’cents Coups is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. You can find feelings on this piece of art. Regardez-Les - I like this one. There is astounding mix of music in Mister Giorgina. I find myself hearing bits of La Vie Est Louche here and there throughout my waking hours. Music of C’est Le Printemps is gentle, never overbearing. Tu Sors Souvent La Mer is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music. Monsieur Barclay is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about. Some call Beau Saxo from Long Box 3 CD : Thank You Ferre as a quiet invitation of an artist to sit and listen. I believe La Melancolie is one of the most excellent, heartfelt songs ever written. In L’age D’or full palet of sound is used by Leo Ferre to accentuate the presentation. La Marseillaise has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. Vingt Ans is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade. La Mort is new, fresh, and hypnotizing. Les Romantiques is one of the more up-tempo songs on Long Box 3 CD : Thank You Ferre. I like Ils Ont Vote because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. I hope to keep hearing Leo Ferre works for a long time to come. In Cette Chanson you won’t find any flashy solos. This track is clearly meant to showcase Leo Ferre’s vocal abilities. I think Le Lit is the best song Leo Ferre has ever done. This track is a fabulous selection of easy listening, suitable for any age, taste or occasion. L’idole defines beauty, yet is as unforgiving as an astringent stone. In this song fans will recognize the unique vocals of Leo Ferre. This track is just fantastic from start to finish. Pepee - arguably the best track on Long Box 3 CD : Thank You Ferre album. Rotterdam (2:53) - awsome. Petite is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day. Strong percussion and poignant lyrics of this track really gets under your skin. La Folie - Okay, I just talked about depth. C’est Extra is filled with very deep emotions that will truly touch your heart. I listened to the opening track La Memoire Et La Mer and liked it a lot. You have to get essence of the Poete, Vos Papiers’s power, to truly understand this masterpiece. This song is like perfectly aged vintage bordeaux wine not a tequila shot. This is one hell of a track. This track is a great song that still never gets old. Preface is probably one of Leo Ferre’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. This is one of those songs that musicians strive to write and create. L’uomo Solo which is my favorite is a truly Leo Ferre sounding song. Les Etrangers is one of my favorite songs by Leo Ferre. When listening to La Solitude, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. Richard is the funkiest number on the album. La ”The Nana” I just LOVE this mix! Le Chien - a classic song. I loved Avec Le Temps the first time I heard it. L’espoir is worth the money. Ni Dieu Ni Maitre is one of the coolest songs Leo Ferre has ever recorded.
