Bun B. Hear has compared writing for Tazenda’s new album to that on ‘Bum-Ba’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by Tazenda. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Tazenda on ‘Tazenda Bumba 01-Bumba’. Bum-Ba constantly brilliant.
|titile| is quite refreshing and sets the tone for what is going on in Bum-Ba. Flor de mi alma gives good insight into the truths. The first time I listened to Adios I was struck by its amazing sound. No Tazenda song has come close to capturing my attention as El comandante did. Still going through Bum-Ba and coming to appreciate Vida in su mar more and more with every listen. La vida la vida Hey is a catchy, up-tempo track that has influence of music streams without leaning too much in that direction. I think Como se puede matar un hombre is the best song Tazenda has ever done. Tazenda has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. Sienda e ruinzos is a striking and quite long song. This song is like perfectly aged vintage bordeaux wine not a tequila shot.
