Hate was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Hate and Awakening Of The Liar together. Awakening Of The Liar is an amazing album, racked with beauty.It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Hate energies, virtually a rebirth. Lots of variety between tracks. My favorite is Anti-God Extremity
Anti-God Extremity is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. After few listenings I started to like Close To The Nephilim more and more. This track is clearly meant to showcase Hate’s vocal abilities. The Shroud (A Hellish Value) is beautiful, yet underrated track. Best song on the album, love it. Musically Awakening Of The Liar is superior to other tracks in Awakening Of The Liar. Voice and instruments in Serve God, Rely On Me (Hymn of Asa’el) complement each other. Grail In The Flesh has a gorgeous instrumental sound, which lets Hate’s strong vocals come to the fore. Spirit Of Gospa is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo.
