After seeing Loser Like Me, I had to have a good Sixpence None The Richer cd. Bun B. Hear has compared writing for Sixpence None The Richer’s new album to that on ‘The Best Of’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. Now signed to Sixpence None The Richer’s Capitol Records, the title track from second album “The Best Of” leads Sixpence None The Richer’s back-to-school campaign. Sixpence None The Richer “The Best Of” is an amazing album.
I came to like Us. Some call Too Far Gone from The Best Of as a quiet invitation of an artist to sit and listen. Listening to The Ground You Shook you can hear that Sixpence None The Richer has still amazing chemistry with band members. This track is clearly meant to showcase Sixpence None The Richer’s vocal abilities. Breathe Your Name is possibly the most mysterious and inexplicable track Sixpence None The Richer ever produced. Music of Melody Of You is gentle, never overbearing. Dancing Queen one of the best in my collection. In Don’t Dream It’s Over you won’t find any flashy solos. Nice and different song. This is probably my favorite song on the album. It’s so catchy, it’s amazing. Breathe - This is a very lively song. This track is just a stunning masterpiece. It’s also one of those rare songs that touchingly comfort the listener. Within A Room Somewhere gets you up and jumping. A great put together song. There is perfect mix of music in Kiss Me (Japanese Version).
