For older fans Tweedles! will put a massive smile accross your face. There were many famous songs of The Residents available. The Residents’s debut, ‘Tweedles!’, does not fit easily into one genre. Oh yes, this album gets Array out of Array
The first time I listened to Ugly (At The End) I was struck by its cool sound. Musically Susie Smiles is superior to other tracks in Tweedles!. Sometimes (3:06) - Oh, this is one of my favorites! I like the agression and power of Stop Signs. This song stands out greatly from the others. Mark Of The Male is a romantic if not formulaic ditty. Life - arguably the best track on Tweedles! album. Within the first few notes of Keep Talkin’ it’s perfectly clear that The Residents is living this song. Isolation - Well, here we get a bit more meaning. Insincere is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. Forgiveness is filled with very deep emotions that will truly touch your heart. After few listenings I started to like Elevation more and more. Dreams is simply cool. Brown Cow the elegant and beautiful song on the album is hard to describe. The Residents has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving.
