I am not a real Electronic music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Detroit Deli’ really is amazing. Now signed to Slum Village’s Blue Note Records, the title track from second album “Detroit Deli” leads Slum Village’s back-to-school campaign. It’s natural for Slum Village to take a stab at ‘Intro’ considering her long-professed love for EMF. I love this album so much, i’ve been crazy about Slum Village ever.
|titile| is quite refreshing and sets the tone for what is going on in Detroit Deli. Album opener Do You - MC Breed, Slum Village is a bright, upbeat ditty. Dirty - Dirt McGirt, Slum Village is new, fresh, and hypnotizing. Hood Hoes is simply excellent. Slum Village emotions are reflected through Late 80s Skit Ft Patrice Williams Que D. Selfish Ft Kanye West John Legend (3:46) Not one of my favorites, but for a lot of people this is one of their best songs. Closer - Dwele, Slum Village is worth the money. In Old Girl (Shining Star) Ft Melanie you won’t find any flashy solos. A fantastic track full of wonder. It’s On - MC Breed, Slum Village is a gorgeous song and it grows on you. Hours - Slum Village good vocals. Things We Do - Slum Village is simple, dignified and effective, Slum Village refusing to over-emote, and demonstrating that less is more. From the sound of it, I believe the song can be a big radio hit. Reunion - Jay Dee, Slum Village pretty much defines how I feel spiritually.
