Self-described as Metal: Doom with lots of words, Revelation comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. Since completing 2004’s ‘Intro’, Revelation fulfilled their contract with Savoy Records and where under no obligation to release another album. Since Revelation last CD (The Forms Of Suffering Flesh) on Savoy Records back in 2004, I have felt a massive void in my life. This is the best album I have heard in a long time
This track is clearly meant to showcase Revelation’s vocal abilities. The Angel Within My Heart is one of the best records ever. The Forms Of Suffering Flesh - To me, this is the best song on the The Forms Of Suffering Flesh. The Gates Of Purrification - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody. It took me a little time but I ended up loving A Child Of Visions Sunrise. Valtze is a song to savor, to listen to from every angle. Music in A Ghost is cool as in all tracks of The Forms Of Suffering Flesh. Outro is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day. Harvester Of Sorrow (Metallica Cover) is a nice, innocuous song, and much better than anything Revelation released so far. Overall a nice softer song.
