Now signed to John Mayall’s Mute Records, the title track from second album “Wake Up Call” leads John Mayall’s back-to-school campaign. This is one of the best Cd’s John Mayall has dropped to date. I greatly enjoyed this CD.
This track is almost perfect, instrumentals and vocals combine awesomely. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. Wake Up Call is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo. Loaded Dice is the song that really did it for me. This track is clearly meant to showcase John Mayall’s vocal abilities. Light The Fuse (4:04) Not one of my favorites, but for a lot of people this is one of their best songs. Anything I Can Say - another great track from the Wake Up Call album. Nature’s Disappearing is really a nice song to relax and listen too. First time I heard I’m A Sucker For Love was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing.Not At Home is a amazing, simple song by John Mayall at the top of his game. Ain’t That Lovin’ You Baby - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites.
