IF YOU LIKE ALL Frank Reyes’S SONG GO FOR IT! This disc has all of the essential Frank Reyes classics. ten years ago, Frank Reyes briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “ESPERANDOTE”. I greatly enjoyed this CD.
ESPERANDOTE is the funkiest number on the album. Frank Reyes sings ELLA ES ASI in such a comforting, confident voice that you can’t help but be moved. TE DIRE is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. What sets DUELE apart is Frank Reyes’s innovative and organic way of creating atmospheres. Album opener VIVIENDO EN LA FALSEDAD is a bright, upbeat ditty. I think FALSO AMOR is the best song Frank Reyes has ever done. POR TI VOY A MORIR is a astounding song and it grows on you. CUANDO SE QUIERE SE PUEDE which is my favorite is a truly Frank Reyes sounding song. QUIEN ERES TU - This one makes me want to not only sing along. This track is almost perfect, instrumentals and vocals combine awesomely. I believe PRESUMIDA is one of the most perfect, heartfelt songs ever written. LO QUE LA VIDA TE DA - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of Frank Reyes. Vocal harmonies in this track are great and song structure is just right.
