Self-described as Alternative with lots of words, New Model Army comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. This is one of the best Cd’s New Model Army has dropped to date. After debuting at No. 1 last week, New Model Army’s album The Ghost Of Cain (Remastered) (CD 2) falls to No. 2 with 430,000, a sales slide of 67%. The Ghost Of Cain (Remastered) (CD 2) is preety good and all the songs have a good meaning behind them.
The Ghost Of Cain (Remastered) (CD 2) couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track Brave New World 2. A great put together song. No New Model Army song has come close to capturing my attention as Ten Commandments did. This is one hell of a track. Poison Street (12” Mix) is such a exquisite and optimistic song that things can get just better. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. Blew our minds when we first heard The Hunt (Live). Although I prefer the faster paced music, I think All Of This (Live) is my favorite song on The Ghost Of Cain (Remastered) (CD 2). Love Songs (Live) is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. 51st State (Live) is possibly the best song New Model Army has come up.
