While no new New Model Army album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 2005 tour in South America. Self-described as Alternative with lots of words, New Model Army comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. On the Denmark charts, superstar New Model Army’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. Lots of variety between tracks. My favorite is Lights Go Out
This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on The Ghost Of Cain (Remastered) (CD 1). 51st State is probably the highlight of the album. All Of This is simply astounding. Posion Street is pretty funky and mellow. Western Dream is one of the best records ever. Lyrics of Love Songs are precise and evocative. Heroes gives taste of what makes New Model Army special as a musician. I like Ballad because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. Master Race is the first taste of the new album.
