Bun B. Hear has compared writing for Catherine Feeny’s new album to that on ‘Hurricane Glass’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. Catherine Feeny’s debut, ‘Hurricane Glass’, does not fit easily into one genre. This disc has all of the essential Catherine Feeny classics. Overall, I would highly recommend Hurricane Glass CD.
Excellent vocals and musical performances. I like the agression and power of I Still Don’t Believe You. Always Tonight is simple, dignified and effective, Catherine Feeny refusing to over-emote, and demonstrating that less is more. Hush Now gets you up and jumping. Radar can be hardly overrated by any means; this is what Catherine Feeny is all about. Nice and different song. I came to like Hurricane Glass. No Reply is the more seemingly obscure song on Hurricane Glass that bear up best to repeated listening. I like the idea behind Forever.
