Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Madeleine Peyroux on ‘I’m Allright’. I am not a real Jazz music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Half the Perfect World’ really is amazing. For older fans Half the Perfect World will put a massive smile accross your face. This album is a scorcher!
Summer Wind is probably the most interesting track on Half the Perfect World. Blue Alert - To me, this is the best song on the Half the Perfect World. Everybody’s Talking is gorgeous work of Madeleine Peyroux. River is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music. A Little Bit - Well, here we get a bit more meaning. Some of the arrangements found on Half the Perfect World are surprisingly edgy. Looking For (The Heart Of Saturday Night) is one of the best records ever. A fantastic track full of wonder. La Javanese - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of Madeleine Peyroux. California Raining one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. |titile| is quite refreshing and sets the tone for what is going on in Half the Perfect World.
