Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Ayria on ‘It’s Been Fun’. This disc has all of the essential Ayria classics. For older fans Flicker will put a massive smile accross your face. If I may, I suggest “It’s Been Fun”. That one song is amazing!
Counterblow is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. Selling Rebellion has a gorgeous instrumental sound, which lets Ayria’s strong vocals come to the fore. My Revenge On The World is marvelous and different song. Pink Dress is simply marvelous. I find myself hearing bits of St. Edith here and there throughout my waking hours. This track is clearly meant to showcase Ayria’s vocal abilities. Be Me is almost impossible to review. |titile| is the kind of record that makes you remember why music can be so addictive. Cutting good vocals. My Device is astounding. Flicker is nothing short of a modern masterpiece. This song is like perfectly aged vintage bordeaux wine not a tequila shot.
