You have to get essence of the ‘O Scarrafone’s power, to truly understand this masterpiece. Once you hear Gente Distratta, you will listen to it over and over. Che Dio Ti Benedica is Pino Daniele’s best work in years. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. Anna Verra’ is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after The Platinum Collection (CD 3) have ended. A unique and uplifting song. Un Uomo In Blues (4:24) Not one of my favorites, but for a lot of people this is one of their best songs. I like the idea behind ‘O Cammello ‘Nnammurato. Io Per Lei on The Platinum Collection (CD 3) is solid and easy to listen to. I can’t stop humming along Femmena. There is gorgeous mix of music in Che Male C’e’. I like Sicily because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. Song Stress is actually a funny song. Se Mi Vuoi is an upbeat song with a constant snare hit. If you are a Pino Daniele fan, you will love Senza Peccato. Still going through The Platinum Collection (CD 3) and coming to appreciate O Ssaje Comme Fa ‘o Core more and more with every listen.
